  • We accept returned product in its original packaging up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Damaged items and shorted orders must be reported to CECI Services within three business days of receipt. For faster processing time, quicker credit, and traceability, please contact Customer Service for assistance with all returns. Our representative will provide a Return Goods Authorization (RGA ) number to include on the returned package and an expected time for your package pickup.Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.

Step 1: email and provide the reason for your return, part number, and order number. Our customer care representative will validate that the item(s) you wish to return are eligible for return and issue an RGA.

Step 2: Write the RGA number provided by our customer care representative on a label and attach the label to the package to be returned. If the package came from a third-party carrier, a return shipping label will be issued or a pickup scheduled for all returnable products. Place the return label over the original shipping label and reseal the box. (Please retain the tracking information from your return label for future reference).

Step 3: Return the package with the CECI issued RGA number and return label to the driver. Some items cannot be returned to CECI. These include: but not limited

  • Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
  • Extended Inventory items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Goods shipped outside the continental United States
  • Special orders, such as non catalog items and volume purchases
  • Warranty items
