DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Ground Shipping & Handling policy is a flat 18% shipping fee based on invoice total across the board add back in to each line item so customers don’t have to calculate it.

UPS Freight® announced a general rate increase of 4.4 percent for non-contractual shipments in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

DELIVERY TERMS
At the time of delivery you are expected to inspect your order carefully. You should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Do not sign for and/or do not accept receipt of any products that are visibly damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. CECI cannot accept responsibility for any damaged product once you sign for a delivery, but we will work with you to resolve the claim with the carrier. Claims for damages and/or errors must be made with the carrier within 36 hours of receipt.

Larger items may be shipped by Common Carriers. The Carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time for curbside delivery only. If there are larger items or large orders please make sure you have made arrangements in advance to have someone accept and inspect the order. It is very important that you inspect these common carrier deliveries thoroughly before signing for them. Inspect the boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. If a product appears to be damaged to the point that it cannot be used - do not accept it. If you discover internal (non-visible) damages after the delivery has been signed for, please notify us immediately and also the common carrier. Your satisfaction is important to us. We will work with you to replace and/or correct any product that is refused upon delivery, please contact us.

Overnight and 2-day Shipment
Freight charges for overnight and 2-day shipments will be advised within four hours of order placement.

Special and Oversize Items
We reserve the right to advise freight adders for any special and oversize items. Special and oversize items generally include, but are not limited to: ladders, pipe, strut, tubs and enclosures, china and copper, tubing. If freight adders apply to your shipment, you will be advised within four hours of placing your order. Please also note that special and oversize items may need to ship via freight carrier.

FREIGHT POLICY

Prices stated are F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid to destination specified in the order. CECI charges a shipping and handling fee, (which includes internal handling and related costs), on each order which is applied at time of order and reflected on customer's invoice. Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished. CECI covers shipping and handling for standard ground delivery for orders over US $1500 before tax and freight (including any backorders). COD shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery ("Other Freight Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Sourced Product
CECI Services may procure product not available through the e-commerce site or available on www.ceciservices.com for a customer from other sources (“Sourced Product(s)”). Sourced Product is priced according to current market conditions on a per order basis, and is shipped F.O.B. origin with freight and handling fee paid by CECI and charged to customer. Sourced Product may not be returned without a return goods authorization issued by CECI. CECI at its sole discretion, may withhold the issuance of such authorization. A restocking fee may apply for any returned Sourced Product. CECI LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS INCLUDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT APPLY TO SOURCED PRODUCTS. THE PRODUCT WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR SUPPLIER WILL BE CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY.
